Tea Blending, Tea Packaging and Tea Export
TEA BLENDING
Tea blending is the blending of different teas together to produce a final product. This occurs chiefly with black tea that is blended to make most tea bags but can also occur with such teas as Pu-erh, where leaves are blended from different regions before being compressed.
We mix tea of different grades or origin as per the customer specification to achieve the required unique tastes while maintaining the highest standards in the industry.
Tea is also a very fragile plant with the ability to easily receive any aroma, which works against it sometimes during the manufacturing process or transportation. We as tea blenders will however be able to use this fragility to our advantage and stabilize it to create beautiful blends.
The most important factor in creating a tea blend is the intrinsic factor of emotions. Tea blending can be an exercise of empathy where tea leaves and herbs, when put together, are used to invoke a feeling or to tell a story of your own.
TEA PACKAGING
We package tea in different quantities to meet the customers’ requirements while maintaining the highest standards in the industry. These include tea in bulk and tea packets.
Tea in Bulk
We export the following types of tea in bulk:
- Blended Black tea
- Black tea straight line
- Orthodox tea
Blended tea are packed in TPI bags of between 4Kgs – 60Kgs. Black tea straightlines are packed in TPI bags/poly-proplyne bags of between 50Kgs – 70Kgs. We would also be pleased to pack according to your specific requirements on request.
Tea Packets
We package Black tea in different varieties packed in elegant cartons and poly bags, of between 20gms – 450gms, to the required standards.
After packaging, the packs are stored under hygienic conditions supervised by our quality control in the warehouse awaiting exports.
The tea packets are available according to Buyers’ individual tastes and brand names.
TEA EXPORT
We export tea in its original factory form or as blended form at very competitive prices.
We also ensure very good after sales service, i.e. shipping documents, timely dispatch of shipment samples, shipments on schedule, and follow ups from our office with shipping lines.
We advise our customers and suppliers on the current market trends and quality on new and emerging requirements or standards in the industry in order to maintain marketable quality tea.
